Lanny Beach
Owner & Founder
Lanny is the proud founder and leader of Top Bead Welding. His expertise and determination have earned him the respect of clients since he launched the business in 1998 at the age of 27. With a background in welding and metalworking, Lanny built Top Bead from the ground up, expanding our services, clientele and reputation along the way. His commitment to quality and integrity continues to drive the company forward each and every day.
Garth Miller
Parts & Purchasing Manager
Garth joined Top Bead in 2012 after an impressive twenty-year career in the Heat Transfer Printing Industry. Garth efficiently handles material orders and acquisitions for our projects. He consistently stays ahead of problems with a positive attitude, ensuring timely solutions for our customers. Outside of work, Garth is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing and hunting.
Brenton See
Manager
Brenton has been an integral part of Top Bead since 2006 and brings a wealth of knowledge about shop fabrication to our team. He holds his structural welding certification and a class B CDL. In the shop, he manages drafting and estimating and consistently provides customers with creative solutions to their problems. When he’s not in the shop, you can find Brenton hunting, fishing or camping.
Ron Luker
Manager
With over twenty years in the safety field, Ron has been a vital member of the Top Bead team since 2016. He meticulously reviews job specifications and provides accurate estimates and 3D drawings to guide project planning. Ron is a dedicated team member who thrives on the everyday challenges of his role.
Richard Hedrick
Manager
Since 2009, Richard has been an invaluable asset to Top Bead with his extensive experience as a certified crane operator, expert welder and project manager. Known for his safety-first approach, Richard thrives on challenges, excelling in various tasks from reading blueprints to electrical work. His passion for diverse projects at Top Bead is only matched by his love for farming.
